Site under construction

Goal is to make a site with all calculations needed to make delicious fruit wines.

 

Based on density measurement (to determine the sugar content and thus the alcohol percentage that can be reached, without adding sugar).

Calculation of the amount of sugar (or honey) to be added to reach a higher alcohol percentage

 

Determination of the acid content, and how to optimize: diluting with water, or mixing with some acids.
